Account frozen

Tymebank decided to close my account while I was busy having online stokvel my account is frozen and my friends need their money but can't access the account I am so disappointed with tymebank.

No help at all how would I know who reported the account cause I am not aware who it was who reported my account and for tymebank not to get that person contact me for his or her funds to be returned back to him or her ********* for tymebank would not recommend to anyone

The problem is I don't know the person who reported me so in the affidavit I won't know where that money came from so advise way forward I need the account or can I close the account and go elsewhere
