Account Closure Request

Today I requested from TymeBank digital banking facility to close dormant account that I never once used and never bothered to collect an atm card for.

TymeBank responded with instruction to call their customer service centre number on ***. What is the use of utilizing the email service *** for TymeBank Costumer Service Centre if I still need to call TymeBank?

I am unemployed and making use of my friend's wifi to login to hellopeter and access to the internet. With what airtime or no money for airtime should I call you TymeBank?

This is frustrating and annoying! Just close this account as per my request please! Surely that can't be too difficult?!
