Account Blocked

The SimSwap was done by me... I got ****** yesterday in the morning, I bought a new phone then tried to get the Tymebank app then it said my account is blocked... I called in then still told them that where I stay there's no better light for selfie and it's too dangerous... The call centre agents/consultants are hanging up... Keep asking security questions then put me on hold for more than an hour.... This bank is not a bank to be trusted!!!
