Account blocked and I can't transact.

I'm so disappointed in Tyme Bank. I made a deposit at a Picknpay till into my Tyme Bank account and the amount was debited twice into my account. I sent them an email to remove the second debit. Instead they go block my account so I can't transact at all, I can't pay bills, I can't withdraw, I can't buy groceries. No good deed hey.
