Account blocked

I received a call from Tyme Bank consultant yesterday regarding my account being on hold. He told me he was transfering me to another department,I waited on the line and no one spoke untill the line was cut I then received an sms TymeBank: Your Call Me Back case request has been Resolved-Contacted. Case ID CB-121728. Help: *** but my account is still blocked I am so worried because it was blocked with my children's grant money and I wasn't able to buy food for them and it looks like I won't be able to get get the grant for this month either Helopeter please help me my children are hungry
