Account BLOCKED
Hello I’m Liyema and I’m complaining about TymeBank. They closed my bank account a week back without even alerting me regarding that. Just when I was trying to log into my account it said it’s been blocked. I called and they said I should send an affidavit which I’ve done and still my account is still blocked and can’t do anything on it. Please may this be attended as I need the funds there for my children and my business. Even worse I had just opened my account for having such a bad experience from the start. They never even sent an email to alert me of what’s happening with my account.. I don’t even have a reference number for this case.

I was the one who contacted you guys when I saw my app isn’t working. You said I should send an affidavit and I did that. After that I never got any communication till today.
