Account blocked

I have a serious problem. My card is blocked since 13 July. I called your banks but they put me on hold for 40 minutes, Yesterday I went to Boxer store Thohoyandou, The problem is is still the same. There is money in my account now it's impossible for me to access my hard earned money. Please assist me before I can loose interest in your bank. I will be glad if you can take my complain as a matter of urgency.
