Account Blocked

My account is blocked and it has affected other peoples accounts that I have also transferred them money and they use those accounts for their salaries and day to day use. When I contact Tymebank they tell me about ***** case that was opened by Capitec and to my surprise is Capitec resolved the matter my account is opened on their side but Tymebank still insists on opening my account I am holding stockvel money and I have to pay school fees for my daughter and I can’t have access to my money over an ***** that was not reported to them I will no longer use this bank anymore they fail to prioritise us
