Account banned from 2024 until now with no valid explanation

It’s been 2 years since my account was blocked with not valid explanation I can’t even get access to my money please help becouse their no branches I can visit for clear explanation so am begging you guys to help fix my situation becouse if I try to deposit money it allows but it doesn’t allow me to use the money so how does that make sense and the money In the account is not even mine so I’d really appreciate it if my account would be re opened again
