Account and profile on hold after 1 day. Even though it was approved!
Opened an account online, it got approved. Tried to take a selfie for the verification process but after many retries and blurred images it failed but now my account is on hold. For what?? Even the online profile is on hold!

01 Feb 2023, 19:42That's not what I was told over the phone by one of your consultants. I was told to get a PR number from the SAFPS which I have done and I emailed it to your KYC department!
