I write this email in disbelive as yesterday my account was cleaned out R7860.00 IN LESS THEN 10 minutes. What shocks me the most is, the bank is meant to be digital, YET your system doesnt cater for any sort of alters or autho promots to client, to ensure the safe keeping of OUR MONIES. The most shocking part is that I was informed that I need to wait for 5 days for an investigation to be done, while waiting, HOW DO I PAY MY CURRENT BILLS??? WHY IS THERE PROCESS IN PLACE TO FAST TRACE SUCH MATTER, ensuring that I as a client i'm not let stranded and BROKE!!!

I demand that someone urgently contacts me, failing so, this matter will be escalated further. STOP ALLOWING ********S TO ***** OUR HARD EARNED CASH!!!
