ACC on hold for 3 years

This is the second review I'm writing about this bank. My account is still on hold, no agent called or emailed me like you promised. It's been 3 years for god's sake I'm being told the person who handled my case no longer works there and there is nothing they can do. I saw the R7 charge for an inactive account but how is that my fault my email address is *** cell no *** please do something. ID no ***
