Abuse @ Tymebank/Pick n Pay

Withdrawals at Pick n Pay are a pain. I have been made to join multiple shopper queues only to find out that theres no money in the till. I was also told to go see the store manager everytime I need cash so that he/she will tell me which till to go to. The staff is also rude. Pick n Pay is not ready to take on the responsibilities of this kind of business. I was abused @ the Bluff Durban Pickn Pay as a result I try to limit instore transactions but its hard because sometimes you need physical cash transactions done. This bank was supposed to solve problems clients encounter with current big banks but it obviously opened a new can of worms for its market.
