ABSOLUTELY USLESS, POOR SERVICE, ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO GET ASSISTANCE FROM THEM
Absolutely useless bank. I've been placed on a debit hold for close to two weeks. I have them called multiple times. It was lifted for a few days only to find it was back on debit hold again. I am unable to access my funds and nobody is able to assist me. I have spent all my airtime on this useless bank and they don't even call you back. Please do not bank with these people!!

I don't understand why it was lifted only for it to be put back on a hold. This is am absolute tuckshop of a bank. I was also put on a debit hold in 2023 and it was just as difficult to get someone to assist me. Please get it sorted out, bare in mind today is a Friday. I honestly cannot wait any longer for assistance.
