Absa Bank and TymeBank lack of communication

On 22nd November 2024, I got hijacked, my bank app on the phone was used by the ********s after asking for pin codes at gun point. Money transfered from Standard bank to absa and TymeBank. Standard Bank communicated with me about investigation for three weeks and the investigation was closed with refund of money paid back to my account. Absa Bank communicated once and never updated me or respond to my emails. I'm still waiting for their response. I called TymeBank to ask how long will the debit hold last, they told me they are waiting for Absa to complete investigation. My question is if absa does not conclude the TymeBank account will remain debit hold
