A HACKED BANK TYME BANK
Mom was saving on tyme bank goal saving ....she checked her account in november there was no money left.Theres transactions in her account that she didnt do herself....this person transferd money using cellphone numbers and bought 1FORYOU Voucher.We reported this and tyme bank responded with an sms.SMS???NO call nothing to explain

17 Jan 2024, 15:19My mother in her right mind will never share her password or pin nor OPT.Bank never sent a notification when this activity was happening on her account.We reported the incidents, but we only received an sms that said that our case has been declined. ....NO CALL ON FULL REPORT WHATSOEVR NOTHING.Tyme Bank is not her only bank to share her details with people.Its disappointing to resolve this kind of issue with an SMS - Is your ***** department robotic or physical people working?
