A bit of confidence restored

Just recently joined, and haven't really had the greatest of experience so far... Its really dificult to get a card from the kiosk as the person that should be helping isnt there, but its simple enough to sort out by yourself... I still havent recieved a card as the machines at newtown and brixton are empty. Yesterday i went to another branch but apperantly the system says i did get a card?? Plus side is i got hold of a lady by the name of Deepo (spelling) and she gave great advice a to how to sort it out... thank you Deepo
