A bank without office or branch to lodge a complaint.

I send and email to tymebank for assistance in getting my money back which was paid to RCS Loans on the 13/12/2019. Because I didn't know that RCS are ********. I thought it was a legitimate business. all to find that they are ******** people. Up to today I receive nothing from tymebank. it's so useless to put your money where it's not protected at all.
