a bank that cant even protect you from ****mers

I was ****med on social media on over the festive season , i caked to log my ***** case after i noted the card transaction went through without an OTP and the transaction details had a Hong Kong Merchant detail on them , but the site i had purchased from had the name Bash, yes I may have been naive but what role is the bank playing if i am ****med and they cannot assist me as their client , and I still get my card cancelled, first i was told my case would take 5 days then I was told 31 days , guess what it hardly 31 days and you have rejected my case pathetic - ***** case ***
