My mom uses her tymebank to get the R370 grant so on September 2024 she had to go and apply to a smart id card and she had an issue with fingerprints which led to her card being closed we tried withdrawing the money and checking the balance but the card wasn’t working so now she went to renew her SASSA and it shows that from September until November 2024 the money was paid to tyme bank but she couldn’t withdraw because the card wasn’t working it was on hold when we call them they say the money was withdrawn from the card on December but how come? Because the card wasn’t working and it shows few transactions on year 2025 but the card wasn’t working is this ***** or what?????😞😞😞
