I transferred money to tymebank on 17 June 2022 and I have proof of payment to show that money was transferred and no one can help me . Tymebank bank staff members Mpho Mphuthi ,Thembiso ,Akhona and Thatego said that the money is in my credit card and but they can't take it out because I do not have a credit card .They keep on dropping the fine on me I have been calling since the transfer was made and still no help .They have a bad service and they don't know how to put themselves in a client shoes and they r very rude , I want my money because I have commitments.
