I was ****med June 2026 and I lost all the money I saved with Tymebank. Was told by Tymebank to report the case, write an affidavit and send the case number and affidavit to them. I did all that within 24 hours. After several follow up calls, I was told that R3000 of the R20000 ****** was recovered. That was in July 2026. I kept on doing follow up since then, but I still did not get my money, even that small amount recovered was worth it. I made a follow up again today. To my surprise the investigator who is warking on this case is asking whether I sent the case number and affidavit. I was very annoyed and frustrated. What case was he working on all along if there was no case officially reported - case number and affidavit sent. This is frustrating and suspicious.
