Monday 14 Octobers 2024 my phone was off service, I went to MTN and I was told someone did a sim swap with of my number. Tuesday I noticed the my TymeBank was blocked due to ***** attempt. I called the bank and they told me my account was under investigation due to ***** and suspicious transactions was done from my account and a case has been opened. 25 October 2024 I received a text message saying my case is denied and I called them , they told me they can’t help me because my phone number has been hacked for transactions to take place. I asked if ever my money is safe with the bank but could not get any response than don’t put words into my mouth. I am so disappointed that the bank I trust cannot help me to get my money back.
