5th attempt at reaching out to Tymebank for feedback. They are still ignoring me!!

I reside in Meyerspark, Pretoria. I have 2 x BP petrol stations around me who both have a Pick and Pay Express shop inside the BP. The one is located in Watermeyer street and the other is in Simon Vermooten road.

At the shop in BP Watermeyer street I am allowed to use Tymebank services like deposits as well as withdrawals. But at the Simon Vermooten BP the cashier shows me away from withdrawal stating management does not allow it.

This does not fit in with the Tymebank statement "You can bank with us at over 14 000 till points across the Pick n Pay and Boxer network and at over 700 kiosks"

Please assist me to better understand which Pick and Pay tills are part of the Tymebank and Pick and Pay partnership if some can pick and choose if they offer Tymebank services or not? It does make it difficult to be a Tymebank client when you need money from a Pick and Pay cashier but get shown away by one Pick and Pay Express and then helped again by another.
