Security of personal information is a risk with this bank, *****sters call in pretending to be consultants with information that the bank and the card holder should have access to. I was promised feedback within 5 days now its over a week without communication from the ***** department.

12 Feb 2025, 16:12I highly recommend that the bank should make a courtesy call/text should the exceeded turnaround time not be met just to notify clients that case is still pending investigations.
