I was hacked money from my account I went to the ambassador Florence and at Westgate total sports and she assisted me and handed over the matter to Phindile at Jet store where she called the call centre and told them my story the lady at the call centre gave me full details on what will happen and told me that by the end of March the matter should be resolved and indeed I got a email from the ***** operations saying that they resolved the matter and they would refund me the money indeed on the 31 of March 2025 my money was in my account thank you tymbank for exceptional customer service .
