2 years with a blocked account!! ****

I have been trying to sort out my blocked account with Tymebank to get the disputes resolved. However Tymebank has not bothered to investigate or give me feedback. The so called investigator was to call me a month ago. Im still waiting and this has been going on for almost 2 years. Can someone get back to me urgently via email to have this resolved as your call center and ***** department is useless.
