Hi there I have an issue with Tyme bank they have locked my account saying I need to fica verification, I went to one of their kiosk and I did the fica verification now 24hrs have passed by and today they are still saying I need to fica, the account is blocked and I need the money in that account. This is unacceptable and unprofessional at all.
