Dear TymeBank ***** Department,

I am writing to formally follow up on a ***** case I previously reported regarding an unauthorised transaction on my account.

The incident occurred on 03 May 2026 between approximately 01h00 and 01h30 at Pick n Pay Express, Empire Road, Parktown, where an amount of R490.00 was withdrawn from my account without my consent.

I reported this matter to TymeBank immediately, however, to date I have not received any meaningful feedback, update, or resolution regarding my case. This lack of communication is deeply concerning, given the seriousness of *****ulent activity on a customer’s account.

I request the following as a matter of urgency:

* A formal update on the status of my ***** investigation * Confirmation that my case is being actively handled * The expected turnaround time for resolution * Feedback on any steps taken so far, including whether CCTV footage or merchant verification has been requested

Please note that if I do not receive a response within 48 hours, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter to the Banking Ombudsman and relevant regulatory bodies.
