"Complete Administrative Failure, Despite Good Academics"

Studying at Togi has been a positive experience overall. The lecturers and study materials are excellent, and the staff provide continuous support, which I truly appreciate. However, the administrative side of things has been absolutely disappointing. I have repeatedly requested essential documentation that I need to obtain my permanent SACE number and secure a teaching position, but the administration has been unable to assist me.

I completed my studies in November 2024, and I was informed that I would only receive the required documents on 20 January 2025. This, however, poses a serious issue. Schools start on 13 January, and they immediately require a SACE number, which I cannot obtain without these documents. This situation forces me to take time off from a potential new job (if I even get it) to try and resolve this.

If I fail to submit the required documentation on 13 January, I risk losing my position. Yet, Togi's administration is only willing to send the documents a week later. It seems like basic common sense that we would need these documents to secure a position after completing our studies. This delay is not just frustrating but feels entirely avoidable.

Given the circumstances, I am extremely disappointed with how the administration has handled this process. Togi's support has been great in terms of academics, but their administrative inefficiency is a major setback.
