Poor administration, poor education, poor organisation. I am certain this institution is a sham designed to trap students. I was enrolled for their part time PCGE which was not even tailored to part time students as it had 8 year modules on the first year and 2 on the second year which already sets you up for failure in the first year. The lecturers were grossly unorganised and there are too many loophole that assured that if you leave you must pay them the full tuition at your expense even if its clearly due to their incompetence as many students are currently experiencing.

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with my experience at this institution, where I completed my PGCE. What should have been a proud academic achievement has instead become a prolonged, stressful, and poorly managed ordeal. I was allowed to register without being informed that I had not been registered for one of my required modules. This was only brought to my attention after I requested my results. At that point, I was told there was nothing that could be done, and I had “no choice” but to accept the situation — a situation that directly caused an unnecessary delay in my graduation. This was entirely due to administrative failure, not my own. Since then, the incompetence has continued. For the past three weeks, I have repeatedly requested my completed results and my letter of completion. Each time, I either receive no response at all or a ticket is simply marked as “completed” without the issue being resolved. There is no accountability, no urgency, and no consideration for the impact this has on graduates’ lives and careers. To make matters worse, this institution has already developed a poor reputation for delays, particularly when it comes to enabling graduates to register with SACE. These ongoing administrative failures place students at a serious disadvantage and reflect a complete lack of professionalism. I am disgusted and deeply disappointed. Students deserve transparency, accurate registration processes, and timely communication — especially when their qualifications, employment, and professional registration are on the line. I would strongly caution prospective students to think carefully before enrolling here.
