Worst service or Two mountain is a ****

I joined two mountains funeral cover in 2019 since I never skip a payment of premium. In 2023 I lost my father in law who was also covered by Two mountains and I submitted all the required documents for cash payout till to date Two Mountains did not pay. I called their toll free number which you will hold for almost an hour to be answered all two mountains consultant they will tell you that we escalated your query to claims department and put down the phone. That is the worst service ever experienced to so called two mountains. Since then till to date no payout made and I think they have system in place to red tack your number so that they can be able to identify you and they will never answer your call.
