Useless funeral policy

They don’t deserve a rate at all. I submitted a claim on the 7th of October, today I drive to their offices and they have no feedback to give to me. I submitted all required documents nothing outstanding but money is not transferred my granny passed on long ago yet no payment received to patch up what we went through during the funeral
