Unpredictable, unprofessional and never trust this company...

I lodge my claim on the 18th of October and I was told that my claim will be paid on the 04 of November, and they came up with different date which I was told on 22 November which they didn't pay I made some follow up and they came up with 13 December till today I haven't got paid today they came up with this message.."Thank you received I am still waiting for respond on when can we make a payment since we could not make it on the date as promised"
