Unpaid Claim
Two Mountains is so unprofessional
I have a funeral policy with Two Mountains. Policy Number: TU 136181. I submitted a funeral claim on 28/06/2023, till to date the claim hasn't been paid.
According to the contract it stated that it takes 48 hours to conclude the claim.
Till today they haven't told me what is the hold-up.
