Unpaid claim
I would like to warn people not to join two mountains, having being their client for years .paying my premiums only to dissapointed when i need them the most.ive lodged a claim on the 23 February 2023 i still havent received my payout.i have tried several times to enquire but still nothing i even sent emails to claim department the did not respond. Its a pity how we support black business only the be ****med at the end.im thinking of leaving the .

12 Jul 2023, 11:40On the 20th June i received a sms with a reference number TMU00876.on the 07 July i called Polokwane office gave them reference number the lady said they have send correspondenve to head office someone will call me with payment date before end of business on Friday.i still havent heard from them and your 7-10 days has lapsed. I still havent received my payout. What i need is my payout .i joined two mountains to financial stress in case of death of a family member but thats exactly what i got .Two mountain does not respect their client i need my payout
