Unpaid Claim

I made a claim on 25 March 2023, I was promised money within 7 working days, they never send money. I went to their offices several times, they gave me multiple dates for payment still nothing happened. My mums' health is deteriorating because of stress coursed by Two Mountains. Last time she went to their office (Polokwane) she came back crying because an acting manager Rirhandzu Nukeri was insensitive and disrespectful when she was speaking to her.
