Unpaid claim by two mountains

I have joined two mountains in 2019 and have been paying their monthly contributions without fail. One of my beneficiary passed on in December 2022. I have submitted all the documents required and they have promised that they will pay after 14 days. I have received only R100 airtime, since then I have been calling their offices without any success. Sending emails and whatsapp messages without any respond. In the middle of April I have received an sms for apology and promised that the claim will be paid on the 5th May, but till today I have not yet received anything. What steps can I take to solve this. Please help.
