Unpaid claim

My name is Lebohang victoria Koloba I am a two mountains client and in August my uncle passed away I put in a claim and I was told it successful but I have to wait for an sms to get a pay date, it's been more than 6 weeks now and I had to borrow money just to bury my uncle and now I have to pay the money back but all I am getting from two mountains is I should wait. This is putting a strain on me because I am in debt now because of two mountains and when I signed up I thought I will be in good hands but I don't think so , I am not even feeling valued.
