Unpaid claim

7- 10 working days has lapsed and i still havent received my payout, im running out of patience now.The claim was supposed to take 15 working days but now its been over 4 months still no payout it seems like two mountains is here to **** us our hard earned money.i mean the stress of loosing your loved one is enough i dont need to be stressing about unpaid claim ás well.Two mountains does not respect their clients after i wrote a review on the on the 20 June i only received a reference number .This claim is long overdue they cant be sending reference numbers what i need is my payout simple not a reference number .im so disappointed in them if they can't pay a claim imagine if you want to use their service to bury your loved one?
