Unpaid claim

I made a claim at Tzaneen branch in December last year and I'm yet to be paid. When I call, I'm told my claim wil be paid month end or on the 15th all the time. I'm no longer calling because I know they will lie to me. Those who have unpaid claims can we take them to Ombudsman or media so that other customers will know that their claims won't be paid at a time they expect .
