Unpaid Claim

I've logged a complaint with the company since they've been promising to pay out the claim till today. They are just full of tricks I've been asking them via an email about the status of the claim but no one is responding they are just passing the buck. I will never recommend them to anyone I can't believe we have to struggle like this to receive a claim payout. They are indeed ****mers I repeat and I will be escalating to the Ombudsman I believe they need to be barred because they are lying to people
