UNPAID CLAIM

Twomountains doesn't value its customers 🤮people warned me about them but didn't listen because i trusted two mountains wholeheartedly until i became the victim. How can a claim made in December last year not being paid by now? i have a funeral policy with them, last year December i lost my mom n she was covered on the policy, i claimed on the 28 of December 2022. From there i received a message saying i will receive the payment within 7 to 14 working days but that doesn't happen. I went to phalaborwa branch for assistance, they tried what they can to assist unfortunately there are limitations wen it comes to claims they are not allowed to connect us with the finance department.i searched for their numbers and always promise to pay me but only to make fool of me. On the 5th of April this year i received a message from them saying i will receive the payment on the 6th of April only to find out that they were lying, since then I tried calling n sending them emails but no help at all .
