Unfair treatment fron Two mountains

My name is Maria Mashigo i joined two mountains funeral policy a year ago, i took the R40000 cover with either service or cash and i had 9 members. All of a sudden i received a call to say i must choose wether i take cash or service, and i signed for both thats the main reason why i joined the cover, if i take cash i must pay extra R700 on my cover and if i choose service my cover remains the same. How is that possible i thought they are an honest funeral policy but ke ****
