did not receive updated policy documentation my premiums Nov 2022 was R338.86, then In Jan 2023 increased to R580 then again Feb 2023 increased to R980. I was recently sent policy document but not not all covered members are included on the policy documents. again in January received a message illustrating that my cover will effective after 6 month waiting period.
