Unauthorized deductions for 4 months of a poor elderly pensioner

Two mountains has been ****ming my elderly grandmother for 4 months now,they opened unauthorized policy using her details without her consent she never signed any forms ,when I ask them to send proof they ignore my request and I was told that they cancelled this unauthorized policy yet they keep debiting each month,all they do is lie and **** pensioners,beware of this ****ming company,I want you guys to stop debiting from my poor granny leave her pension alone and refund her money immediately I already notified ombudsman that again you guys deducted for June, enough is enough stop playing games ,stop this nonsense it's ridiculous,there is already a case against two mountains.

Stop with the lies we both know you hardly make any contact instead you ignore,yes it's frustrating how many times have I heard the same excuse refund her money and stop this authorized policy ,this whole company is ****ming the elderly you should be ashamed of yourselves,keep saying it will be escalated to the relevant department yet no action is being taken I'm tired of two mountains incompetence,refund her money!!!!!stop debiting it's *******!!!!!!who gave you permission to sign my grandmother up without her consent?

My grandmother is still waiting on her refund and for you guys to stop the unauthorized debit order,how long must she wait for her refund?
