TWO MOUNTAINS UNDERTAKERS/ INSURANCE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and USELESS

This is the most unprofessional undertaker I have ever come across in my life. We were burring my Aunt in Tsakane on the 07th April. First Two Mountains decide to bring her body home 2 hours late on the Friday, the agreed time was 16h00 and she was delivered at 18H00. there was no apology from them what so ever. Secondly on the day of the burial they decide to bring only one shovel to the grave yard and expect us to organise other shovels. Again no apology and no arrangement made with us. These guys are the most unprofessional undertakers I have ever come across. People should keep away from using them. They'll embarass you.,
