two mountains ****s people

I made a claim on the 16 February 2023 and received the airtime the next business day.They told me the claim will be paid out 7 to 14 working days.after 15 days I called to ask why I haven't received anything they took me from pillar to post.They later sent me an email saying they will pay the claim before end of March.since then it's been one story after the other.whenever I go to their offices in polokwane they tell me they are busy fixing it and the money will b paid by month end we are now in July.Where do we get help bcoz its clear these people are taking us for a ride.They are very quick to deduct the money but when it's their turn to pay we must run after them.its so sad and very painful that we must borrow money to bury our loved ones whereas we were paying for funeral covers for times like these without fail.
