Two Mountains ****s - Be arlet
We bought a funeral policy and when we made a clim after my father's death we were turned down for a computerized certificate as Dept of Home Affairs issued hand written certificate. Two Mountains requested a letter from the Dept of Home affairs to support the certificate. The letter from DHA was submitted but Two Mountains still declined the claim. Apart from loosing on the claim they made travel several times to DHA for such letter but ended up declining our claim. Policy TUO9470. We are to continue making noise at all platforms including the ombudsmen and court if necessary.
