TWO MOUNTAINS POLICY ****S

Two Mountains creates a funeral plan and sells it to us, they later decide to restructure the policy and impose a 100% plus increase on the policy premiums and state clause 9.3 on their policy document as if there was a new law imposed on them... Lindiwe Khumalo their consultant didn't make the experience easier with her condescending tone.. Gwosh I have never been so frustrated I paid that policy for 2 years now I must lose she doesn't even care about it,.

Two mountains must be breaking some kind of law with this. How do you restructure an existing policy like that. And there is nothing new they are stating now, those policy structures have been in existence they chose to sell something different and when they are not making money out of it we must say.... Increasing my premiums from R350 to R800 how the hell can that happen... And to be told if that doesn't suit your pocket you can shop around and leave Two mountains...

I seriously need help.. Who regulates these companies? I want my money back.
